Plant Guarantee & Returns Policy

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that we strive to maintain all plant material at the highest possible quality. We guarantee that all material sold at full price is insect and disease free and was in good health at the time of purchase.

For (1) one year after purchase, we will give you 50% (1/2) of the PURCHASE price if your qualifying plant has died. Please bring the plant that has died and your receipt and see one of our sales associates. RECEIPT IS REQUIRED

The guarantee only includes HARDY TREES AND SHRUBS that have been planted in the ground.

You may return non-plant hardgood items within 30 days of purchase. Plants may be returned within 7 days of purchase with department approval. Holiday merchandise may be returned within 2 days of purchase. Special Orders & Clearance items (50% or more) may not be returned.

NO CASH REFUNDS.

For plants installed by our staff, the first (90) ninety days we offer 100% replacement cost of plants and labor. For (91) ninety-one days to (1) one year we offer 50% (1/2) replacement cost of plants and labor.

Neglect of plant material and "Acts of God" are not covered under the terms of this agreement.


Holding Policy

The plants you have purchased and we are holding for you, will either be left in their current location, or pulled into a designated holding area, at the discretion of the B.B. Barns staff. The plants will be clearly labeled with a red sold tag or orange flagging tape with your name, phone number, and expected pickup date written on it.

We ask that you please pick up your material within one week of the purchase date. If the material is not picked up within two weeks, a B.B. Barns sales associate will call you to remind you of your purchase.

If the material has not been picked up after four weeks, the plants will be taken out of the holding area and put back on the sales yard.
